Employees accrue vacation hours on a bi-weekly basis, equal to 15 days (3 weeks) of paid vacation per year. At the beginning of nine years of service, vacation hours accrue at a rate equal to 20 days (4 weeks) per year.
We provide paid sick time so that when you’re not feeling well you know it’s okay to stay
home and rest, and avoid exposing others to your illness.
You can also use sick time to take care of ill family members. Employees accrue sick hours on a bi-weekly basis, equal to 6 days of paid sick time per year, up to a maximum of 60 days.

It is our policy to allow you to serve on a jury or as a witness when officially called to do so without loss of
pay, for up to 10 days. You may be granted time off without pay to serve on extended cases upon request.
